How do I pay? What methods of payment are accepted?Once your appointment has been approved, you will be emailed an invoice that details the services and associated charges. Texas Mobile Detailing Crew is dedicated to customer satisfaction, so the invoice will not be due for payment until after the services are completed. After the customer has reviewed and approved the results of the detailing service, payment will be requested. Customers can pay by card via the invoice, cash, or check.

What if there is bad weather on the day of my appointment?As we are required work outdoors, our mobile detailing services may be affected by inclement weather conditions. In such cases, we will contact you and offer the option to reschedule your appointment to a mutually convenient time or provide a full refund for the service. Safety and customer satisfaction are our priorities, and we appreciate your understanding in situations beyond our control.

How do I book detailing services onsite at my business?Partnering with Texas Mobile Detailing Crew is a great way to provide a valuable benefit to your employees at no additional cost to the employees. In order to request an onsite car detail or car wash service, please click "Contact Us", send an email to info@txmobiledetail.com, or call us at (972) 793-2561 to let us know of your interest. A member of our team will work directly with a member of your organization to determine a set of dates to come onsite. We will then provide you with an interest form for employees to fill out with the detailing service they would like and their contact information. Once all forms have be completed, we will build a customized schedule that works best for your employees' individual needs on the days agreed to come onsite. Our team will book appointments on behalf of your employees and contact them individually to confirm their service details and payment method. We will then send a confirmation email and invoice to the email address that they provided, completing the booking process. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?Texas Mobile Detailing Crew is committed to providing all customers with convenient and top-quality services. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us no later than 24 hours in advance via phone call or email. This enables our team to adjust our schedule to best fit your needs, as well as the needs of other customers.

How do I book a detailing service?We strive to have a streamlined and customer-friendly booking process at Texas Mobile Detailing Crew. To request a car detailing service, click on "Book Now" on the top menu of our website. On this page you will be able to select the service you'd like, as well as a date and time that works best for your schedule. Please note that you cannot request an service less than 24 hours from the time of booking. After making your selections, you will need to fill out a booking form with your contact information, the location of service, and any additional services that you would like to add to your detail. Click on "Request To Book" once completed. If you would like to schedule multiple services, you will need to complete this process for each service that you request. Once you are finished requesting your services, a member of our team will call you to confirm your service details and payment method. They will then approve your appointment and send a confirmation email and invoice to the email address that you provided, completing the booking process. Does your team need to hook up to my water or utilities?No, Texas Mobile Detailing Crew takes pride in providing exceptional service and convenience to our customers! In order to remove the hassle of plugging into your home or business's water and electricity, we have built our structure and process to be completely self-sufficient. Our team is equipped with their own water tanks and generator, so that you don't have to worry about your utility bill increasing as a result of our car detail services.

What will my appointment look like the day of service?Our team will arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment. They will meet with the customer to pick up their keys and confirm where the car or RV detail will take place. Once the detail is completed, our team will walk the customer through a review of the results. Upon the customer's approval of the vehicle, our team will return their keys and complete the payment transaction.

What type of vehicle do I have?We have three vehicle categories for our services. Please see a description and list of examples for each below: Compact: Our Compact category involves small vehicles, which can include a two-door sedan, four-door sedan, hatchback, or sports coupe. Examples: Honda Civic, Toyota Camry, Volkswagen Golf, Dodge Challenger, etc. Mid Size: Our Mid Size category includes small SUVs, trucks, and crossovers. Examples: Honda CRV, Ford F150, Subaru Crosstrek, etc. Full Size: Our Full Size category includes full sized SUVs and exotic vehicles. Examples: Chevy Tahoe, Cadillac Escalade, Porsche 911, etc.
